Meet Andrea Sanchez Ramirez, Senior Application Engineer at WindESCo

We are happy to welcome Andrea to WindESCo as a Sr. Application Engineer.  Andrea holds an MS in mechanical engineering and a PhD in complex failure. She also has a MS in business administration and international management.

Andrea is Interested in the synergies between performance and reliability of mechanical machines. Previously, she worked in O&M across different industries. Specifically for wind focus on drivetrain diagnostics.

At WindESCo, Andrea is joining forces with our EMEA and APAC representatives to provide technical advisory and support to current and prospect customers.

Andrea is Colombian and lived in the Netherlands for 10 years. She then moved to Denmark in 2018, where she is currently based with her partner and son. Andrea has great concern for climate change and her son is her greatest motivation to contribute to sustainability and energy decarbonization. Additionally, Andrea is fond of history and Latin music.
