      How to log into the customer portal

      First, go to the portal website at: https://app.windesco.com/login

      For your first login you will receive an email from no-reply@verificationemail.com with the subject line “Your WindESCo portal account” inviting you to verify your new account. 

       Please click the link and it should take you to the login page to set up your account.  It will expire within an hour of issuance, however if you miss the email you can just click “Forgot password”

      Enter in your email address and chosen password and it will bring you to the login page to log in officially for the first time.

      Password Requirements:

      • 8 Characters
      • Contains a number
      • Contains lowercase
      • Contains uppercase
      • Contains special character
      • Password match

      Congratulations! You have successfully entered the WindESCo Portal.
